Upon payment, you will promptly receive an email containing a URL to upload your files to and an invitation to sign up for our customer service desk. Simply upload your files to your dedicated folder in our cloud storage and fill out a service desk editing request, including your editing notes. Our editing coordinators will review your request and provide clarification as needed. Our service level agreement (SLA) begins once our coordinators assign an editor to your project. Our audio editors will then work their magic, taking your provided editing notes and chosen service package into account. We will send you a proofed episode to review and provide feedback on. Once the final edit is complete, you can download the fully edited episode or have us upload and schedule it to your preferred podcast host. We will repeat this process for your next episode.
